Consent to personal data processing

By submitting a request on the site, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this document and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.

  1. 1. Personal data operator

    Personal data obtained through this site is processed by Multicard Payment JSC (a HUMO partner, operator of the Rahmat platform) together with ASTERIUM, for the data required to register a wallet and credit the cashback.

  2. 2. What data is processed

    • first and last name;
    • phone number;
    • language of the request;
    • other data you provide when registering the terminal, in Asterium Wallet or when contacting support (passport data, address — only at the KYC/KYB identification stage in the Asterium app, not through this form).
  3. 3. Purposes of processing

    • processing the request to connect a Rahmat POS terminal;
    • contacting you for consultation and completing the request;
    • calculating and paying out the cashback under the promo terms;
    • meeting legal requirements (including AML/CFT during KYC/KYB identification).
  4. 4. Legal grounds

    Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, expressed by ticking the request form, as well as to fulfil the promo terms and the legal requirements of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

  5. 5. Data transfer

    Request data is transferred to the partners involved in fulfilling the request — Rahmat (rhmt.uz) and ASTERIUM (asterium.uz) — solely to the extent necessary to process the request and credit the cashback. Data is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes without separate consent.

  6. 6. Storage period

    Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes, as well as for the periods set by law for storing the relevant documents.

  7. 7. Your rights

    You may at any time withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, request information about the data being processed, and demand its correction, blocking or deletion — by contacting us through Telegram support or the phone number listed on the site.

  8. 8. Protection measures

    The operator takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful access, modification, disclosure or destruction.
